Food from a delightfully awkward cook. Working On My Night Cheese. Crispy pork belly with French lentils. Crispy pork belly with French lentils. I find braising followed by a quick broil is the best way to get the most flavour out of pork belly. This leads to meat that is so tender with a really crispy layer of fat on top.
